Responsibilities 

• Lead in diagnosing and creating personalized treatment plans, incorporating psychotherapy, medications, and interventional therapies.
• Deliver cutting-edge treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and Ketamine Infusion, while monitoring patient responses for optimal care adjustments.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatments, and symptom management strategies.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document and maintain updated medical records including diagnosis, treatment plans, progress notes, medications prescribed, and other relevant patient information.
• Utilize our extensive data repository to inform treatment decisions and contribute to ongoing research efforts.

Qualifications 

• A strong communicator with a keen interest in evidence-based interventional treatments.
• Collaborative, positive, and solution-focused.
• Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing tools.
• Committed to professional growth through continuous learning, with a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education per year.
